El fomento a que las empresas innoven e inviertan en el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías más sustentables responde a los actuales desafíos medioambientales y a la conciencia de la ciudadanía por contribuir a frenar el cambio climático y construir un mundo más sostenible para las nuevas generaciones. En este escenario, se vislumbra una enorme oportunidad para que el packaging se transforme en un modelo de economía circular a través del rediseño, la reutilización y la innovación tecnológica gracias a la utilización de materiales ecológicos, biodegradables y más amigables con el planeta.
Efiaqua, feria Internacional para la Gestión Eficiente del Agua, combinará la presencia de grandes operadores en la gestión del agua con proveedores tecnológicos para regantes y operadores de abastecimiento.
Además, asociaciones como ASEIF también están trabajando en una serie de conferencias en torno a la eficiencia energética en el agua, normativa y diferentes soluciones e innovaciones relacionadas con este ámbito.
Under the theme ‘Going green and digital for Europe’s energy transition’, EUSEW 2022 will include:
- the Policy Conference with leading figures and a rich programme of sessions and debates on building a secure energy for future generations in Europe (the call to organise a session is open until 24 March)
- the prestigious EUSEW Awards, celebrating Europe’s champions in sustainable energy and renewables in four categories: Innovation, Local Energy Action, Woman in Energy and Young Energy Trailblazer (the call to run for the competition is open until 14 April. )
- the Networking Village with physical and online stands, and a series of TED-like talks (calls to have a stand and organise a TED-like talk will open on 3 May);
- a wide set of local Sustainable Energy Days across Europe from June to September (the call to organise an event will open on 26 April).
As 2022 is the European Year of Youth, EUSEW will see a wide programme for and by a young audience with the third edition of the European Youth Energy Day and a series of Ideation Labs to trigger inter-generational conversations and seek inspiration from actions, visions and insights to further strengthen the European energy transition.
